Important: neo108 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Providing false information about your age or identity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds and winnings.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must notify neo108 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.
Each User is permitted to open and maintain only one (1) Account on neo108. Opening multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds or winnings held in those Accounts. neo108 reserves the right to verify Account uniqueness using identity verification, device fingerprinting, IP address tracking, and payment method analysis.
neo108 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit verification documents including government-issued identification (KTP Nasional, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. neo108 supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:
All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, but large transactions may be subject to enhanced verification. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours. Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to process.
All deposits must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (from family members, friends, or business associates) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. neo108 may request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
neo108 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise agreed with neo108 support. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, but large withdrawals may require additional verification.
Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours from the time of request. VIP-tier members may be eligible for expedited processing. Withdrawals requested outside of Indonesian banking hours (WIB timezone) will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals to new payment methods may require additional verification time.
neo108 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request and conduct further investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or violation of these Terms. Accounts with pending Bonus wagering requirements may have withdrawal restrictions until those requirements are fulfilled. See Section 5 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.
neo108 offers various Bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements), game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. These terms are clearly stated on the promotion page and in your Account dashboard.
Example: A welcome bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that if you receive a Rp 500,000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rp 15,000,000 (500,000 × 30) before you can withdraw any winnings generated from the bonus funds.
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, exploiting software errors or loopholes, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity deemed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion. neo108 reserves the right to void Bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
You may opt out of receiving Bonuses at any time by contacting customer support. If you wish to make a withdrawal before completing Bonus wagering requirements, you may forfeit the Bonus and any winnings derived from it, but you will retain your original deposit and any winnings from non-Bonus Funds.
All games offered by neo108 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealers to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting software (bots), collude with other players, or engage in any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of Funds.
Each game category (sports betting, casino games, live dealer, togel lottery) has specific rules governing gameplay, betting limits, payout structures, and settlement procedures. neo108 reserves the right to void any bet or game result in the event of obvious error (such as incorrect odds display, technical malfunction, or human error). In the case of a dispute, neo108's decision is final. You may contact customer support to request a review, but neo108 is under no obligation to reverse its decision.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules. Live (in-play) betting is subject to slight delays for odds calculation and acceptance.

If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, deposit Funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires. neo108 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening new Accounts during self-exclusion, but you are also responsible for not attempting to circumvent this measure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Funds in your Account (excluding unreleased Bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.
neo108 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In the event of closure for breach of Terms, neo108 may forfeit any Funds or winnings in your Account.
